Q. What is the difference between WatchGameFilm.com and WatchGameFilm.TV?
A. WatchGameFilm.com is your private and secure team that you upload film to, add users, exchange film, create key plays, etc. WatchGameFilm.TV is a way for you to make certain video within your WatchGameFilm.com team available for public viewing.
Q. Why can't I find my team?
A. Your team must be a Trial or Active subscriber to WatchGameFilm.com and you must have at least one film in your private team marked for public viewing.
Q. I found my team but why can't I see my film?
A. You must first change the User Role of your film within your team at WatchGameFilm.com before the film will show up on WatchGameFilm.TV.
Q. Can I view this site on my iPad or Mobile Device?
A. Yes. We fully support the Apple iPad and we designed this website with tablets in mind. Mobile device support for iPhone and Android will be available later this month.
Q. How can I put this film on my own website or web page?
A. First find the team that you are looking for. Then click on the Share My Team button and locate the Embed Film code displayed in orange on our webpage. Copy this code and paste it into your web page and save. You should now be able to watch video straight from your own website.

Q. How can I save the film to my computer?
A. Downloading the film is only available by accessing it through your team on WatchGameFilm.com.
Q. What is Silverlight and why do I need it?
A. We require the Microsoft Silverlight video player for web browsers other than Internet Explorer. Simply click on the Silverlight Install button when you are attempting to view and film and Microsoft Silverlight will be easily installed on both Windows and Mac machines.
Q. Where is the Full Screen option for Internet Explorer users?
A. When the video starts playing, right click on the Windows Media Player to get a pop-up menu. Select Full Screen under the Zoom menu option. For web browsers other than Internet Explorer, the Full Screen button is located on the bottom toolbar of the Silverlight video player.
Q. Can I view film in Slow Motion?
A. Yes, if you are using Internet Explorer. When the video starts playing, right click on the Windows Media Player to get a pop-up menu. Select Slow Motion under the Play Speed menu option. Slow motion is not yet available in our Silverlight video player.
Q. Why are there fuzzy horizontal lines in my film?
A. This is because you did not deinterlace the film before you uploaded it to our site. Please have the person who created or uploaded the film contact our support team so we can help resolve this issue and imrpove the film look quality.
